you could do any ab exercise you find on google involving a crunch. just make sure you hit upper, middle, lower, and even your obliques. for thighs: squats, lunges, step ups, and even adding some running can help.

I want to tone up but I want to stay the same size I am now. Like I still want my clothes to fit. Google seems to be leading me around in circles.
